Since 2003, our credo at Eagle Eye has been founded on 3 principles:

Authenticity: Choosing wines that are terroir-driven, with an inherent sense of place
Accessibility: Sourcing high quality wine for the best possible price
Approachability: Educating and sharing our knowledge, enthusiasm, and passion with customers in an open and humble manner

In 2004, the two families that own Eagle Eye bought Château des Karantes, adding the estate from the Languedoc-Rousillon to our portfolio. We have seen it grow into one of the most prestigious estates in the South of France.  The estate was awarded a Regional Trophy in the Decanter World Wine Awards in both 2012 and 2011.

We’ve also used our connections as an importer to collaborate with wineries on crafting our own brands, including The Furst… (Alsace), Prince de Tabourg (Bordeaux), Trésor de la Rivière (Rhône Valley), among others. Just last week our new Vouvray, Jardin en Fleurs, was launched in Michigan.

We have taken the occasion of our 10-year anniversary to reflect on how far we have come, and how we want to see the company evolve.  This weekend, the management team met to collaborate and lay the groundwork for future growth. This blog and website are just two of many exciting projects that we are working on.

As we grow and evolve, one thing is certain: we will continue to adhere to our principles of authenticity, accessibility and approachability.
