The training system is by Guyot. The density of vine stocks is 4400 vines per hectare and the production is of about 2kg per plant. The soil is mainly Morainic, situated to the South of the Lake Garda. The rows enjoy North-South exposition and the harvest is exclusively carried out by hand selection.

The grapes for the Cantina Ronca Garganega are subjected to a soft, slow and progressive pressing. Cold clarification takes place with static settling, followed by fermentation at a controlled temperature in steel tanks with selected wine yeasts. The wine is kept on its own yeasts for about 4 months in steel tanks and will be ready for drinking after a couple of months of refinement in the bottle.
