The training system is by Guyot. The density of vine stocks is 4.400 vines per hectare and the production is of about 2 kg per plant. The soil is mainly Morainic and situated in the south of Garda Lake. The rows are exposed north-south and the harvest is by hand.

The harvest for the Cantina Ronca Pinot Grigio begins during the third week of August. The must, obtained after a soft pressing of the whole grape, ferments at a low temperature in steel tanks with selected wine yeasts. Pinot Grigio is kept with its own yeasts for about four months in steel tanks after the alcoholic fermentation and will be ready for sale after a couple of months of refinement in the bottle.
