For Château des Karantes Bergerie Rosé, the grapes are hand harvested and pressed immediately after harvest. Before pressing, a rigorous sorting is done in the vineyard to choose only the best grapes. The entire vinification is done under nitrogen or carbonic gas protection, to minimize the potential oxidation.

This vintage of the Bergerie rosé is notable for its bright acidity and complexity of the fruit aromas on the nose: raspberries, fresh strawberries, ripe peaches and citrus. On the palate the wine is supple and silky, with a long finish.
