Vinification occurs in glass lined, thermoregulated tanks at 19 degrees celcius to ensure that the aromas and freshness of the wine is preserved. It is then aged on its fine lees.

This Sauvignon Blanc has all of the raciness one expects from a Loire Valley Sauvignon Blanc, the spiritual home of this grape. Bright freshness and minerality paired with aromas of lemon, fresh pair, and juicy white fruits.

The ultimate food wine, this wine pairs well with a number of dishes, including fish and chicken, particularly in a cream sauce. Also a good option for salads with vinaigrette, asparagus and artichokes, foods that are usually difficult to pair wine with. Goat cheese is a classic pairing, but the wine can also be enjoyed on its own.
