Wine Review & Notes
The grapes came from our vineyard in “Valle Hermoso” (Beautiful Valley), located 11 Km from the Pacific Ocean. The soil consists of a granite grid and the vines are farmed biodynamically. After harvest, grapes were de-stemmed and a low temperature maceration process tooks place for approximately 4 hours. The alcoholic fermentation took place at low-temperature in stainless steel barrels, and the wine for four months in contact with the fine lees.
A very pale yellow colored wine with a green tint. In nose, a complex and delicate mixture of mature tropical fruits, such
as mango and lychee, as well as custard apple, papaya and lime peel intertwined with herbs and critic flower notes. In mouth it is a concentrated, fruity, fresh and very tasty wine, with a persistent mineral aspect finish in mouth.
